please review all policies prior to scheduling an appointment

ARRIVING LATE

A 10-minute grace period will be provided in consideration for unexpected delays.

Communication of expected tardiness is encouraged.

This is in order to ensure all services can be sufficiently provided. Any rescheduled services due to tardiness, regardless of attendance for other scheduled services, will remain included in the appointment total.

 Arriving 15+ minutes late to your scheduled appointment may result in rescheduling altogether, including a 100% no-show charge applied to a card on file.

*Arriving late to any service scheduled for 15 minutes or less will not be accepted and will result in rescheduling. (i.e. Brow Wax, Lip Wax, etc.)

*emergencies will be taken into consideration - please communicate as efficiently as possible*

CANCELATION NOTICE

Cancelation requests (via text or email) are required 24 hours prior to the day of your scheduled appointment. In the event an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the day scheduled, a charge totaling in 50% of the price listed for the service(s) scheduled will be applied to a card on file. This charge is non-refundable and will not be reserved for future credit. Same-Day cancelations will be considered a No-Show. Future appointments are available upon receiving cancelation payment. An appointment is not considered canceled until written confirmation is sent via text or email.

EXAMPLE:

If your appointment is scheduled Friday, a cancelation request must be placed prior to Wednesday at midnight.

No-Showing an appointment will not be exchanged for a later appointment time. In the event an appointment is considered a no-show (i.e. missing the appointment, canceling same-day, or arriving 15+ mins late) a charge totaling in 100% of the price listed for the service(s) scheduled will be applied to a card on file. This charge is non-refundable and will not be reserved for future credit. Future appointments are available upon receiving no-show payment.

NO-SHOWING

EXCESSIVE VIOLATIONS

Arriving 10+ minutes late to three consecutive appointments, canceling three consecutive appointments

or no-showing two consecutive appointments will result in termination from future appointments. 

REFUNDS

Products purchased within 45 days are eligible for a full-refund. Product with half or less than its original contents will not be eligible for a refund. Partial refunds will not be provided.

Services are non-refundable once completed.
