HOW DO I RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
All appointment rescheduling can be achieved directly through your appointment confirmation text or email. You can also reschedule through your SquareGo account or app if you've created a profile, which I highly recommend in order to best keep record of your appointments.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
All appointment cancelations can be achieved directly through your appointment confirmation text or email up to 48hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You can also reschedule through your SquareGo account or app if you've created a profile, which I highly recommend in order to best keep record of your appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment within 48hours of your appointment, please contact me directly, via text (980.254.5510) or email (taylor@youraesthy.com)
An appointment is not considered canceled until a written response is sent confirming the cancelation.
Please note all appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 48+ hours prior to the appointment time booked in order to avert policy fees.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?
My schedule is by-appointment only, allowing me to meet a standard of efficient time management for all guests and provide exceptional service.
MAY I BRING MY FRIEND/FAMILY/*CHILD TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Though it would be a pleasure to meet your friends/family, I am unable to accommodate additional guests in correspondence with NC State Board regulations. This is also to limit the potential for liability for present persons who are not currently under my care.
*Children are not permitted in-clinic during skin services due to NC State Board regulations and are not permitted anywhere unattended.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes! E-gift certificates are available for purchase here.

I'D LIKE TO PRE-PAY/BOOK A SURPRISE APPOINTMENT FOR SOMEONE. IS THIS SOMETHING YOU OFFER?
Absolutely! I am able to send you an invoice via email to pre-pay for your special guest's service(s).
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept all major forms of payment (i.e. American Express, Visa, Discover, Chase, etc.) in addition to cash ApplePay. I am unable to accept payment through Zelle or Cashapp.

I am located in in Suite D - the only black door inside of the main hallway, across from Mr. Acupuncture, once you are inside of the building adjacent to the CrossFit. Restrooms are located in the main hallway, providing gender-neutral, male, and female facilities.
